Karolina Włosek has significant experience in representing clients before courts of law in civil matters, with special focus on property disputes, commercial and real estate matters. She provides counsel to local government agencies and assists businesses in personal data protection matters.

She is a member of a supervisory board of a corporation.

In her private life, Karolina Włosek loves mountains, both in the summer and in winter and practices rock climbing.

Piotr Pelczarski is a lawyer and has been working with businesses for over a dozen years. He specialises in business law with special focus on commercial law, new technologies, intellectual property and public procurement.

Has extensive experience in personal data protection. Serves as information security administrator for a company which has a complex structure and forms part of a global group of companies.

He advised during the implementation and accounting for EU funded projects as part of POIG (Innovative Economy Operational Programme), POKL (Human Capital Operational Programme), RPO (Regional Operational Programme), and currently takes part in the implementation of projects under POIR (Intelligent Development Operational Programme).

Piotr Pelczarski successfully represented clients in high-value judicial proceedings. He offers closed workshops on personal data protection, utility easements as well as protection and commercialization of intellectual property.
Outside work, he is a fan of skiing, also in its summer version (roller skiing), good coffee and travelling.

Martyna Sucharska-Banaś handles civil law, commercial law and labour law cases as well as provides routine legal services for companies and assists in business registration proceedings.
Ms Sucharska-Banaś also has expertise in negotiable instruments law, utility easements and in cases relating to liability of members of management boards.

She coordinates the work of our law firm as regards judicial proceedings.

Outside work, she is an enthusiast of long hikes and good detective stories; in her free time she sings in a choir.
