Our responsibilities include preparation and delivery of opinions regarding the documentation of investment projects, also for the purposes of public procurement processes. We will analyse the documentation before the signature of the construction contract also from the point of view of legal risk.

Our services include preparation and negotiation of contracts for construction work and for the preparation of design documentation as well as design supervision and owner’s representation services.

We also assist clients in project accounting. We have successfully represented our clients in disputes involving unsettled extra works and variation works, also as part of public procurement contracts.
